What is recruitment consultancy?

Recruitment consultancy is a dynamic sales role covering the whole recruitment lifecycle. Starting with developing new business from making an initial sales call, consulting clients on their recruitment needs, sourcing, interviewing and qualifying candidates on their career aspirations, and ultimately finding the right person for the right role. In short, a successful recruitment consultant finds the person the client needs and finds the role the candidate wants, and gets paid for doing so. Recruitment consultants play a leading role in the introduction of candidate and client, providing a dedicated service to both.
